Written to be useful, not to rank
The questions owners actually ask.
One question per page, answered in the first paragraph, with a real number in it and the source named. If a statistic is commonly misattributed, we say so.
Nearly a quarter of enquiries never get a reply
Harvard Business Review audited 2,241 US companies. 23% never responded to a web enquiry at all, and only 37% managed it inside an hour. What that costs an owner-operated business, why the famous "21 times" statistic is credited to the wrong study, and the four numbers that tell you whether it is happening to you.
What this section is for
If it does not answer a real question, it does not go up.
Most consultancy blogs exist to have a blog. This one exists because we kept answering the same handful of questions on calls, and writing the answer down once is better than saying it forty times.
So there is no schedule to fill and no word count to hit. A page goes up when there is something worth saying and a number to say it with.
If you have a question that is not here, send it over. The good ones become pages.
