What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who is responsible

Reclaim Sales, a sole proprietorship owned by Ryno Jordaan, is the responsible party under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Ryno is also the Information Officer. Write to Ryno@reclaimsales.com about anything on this page.

What we collect, and where

• The contact form. Your name, email and message, plus two optional extras: your business name and a range for how many enquiries you get.
• The calculator. If you ask for the one-page version: your email and the four numbers you set on the sliders. If you only move the sliders, nothing leaves your browser.
• Booking a call. Whatever you give the booking page: normally your name, email and a time. That is handled by Cal.com.
• Email and WhatsApp. If you write to us, we keep the conversation.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to book the call, and to show you the summary you asked for. If you become a client, to do the work. That is all.

We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send a sequence. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from us.

Who else handles it

These providers process data for us. Each is outside South Africa, so your details cross a border when you use these parts of the site.

• Formspree receives what you type into the contact form and the calculator form, and passes it to our inbox.
• Cal.com runs the booking page and holds what you enter there.
• Cloudflare hosts the website. It sees your IP address when you load a page, as any host does.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Loading them sends your IP address to Google.

The booking widget on the contact page may set its own cookies. We do not control those.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not go anywhere is deleted after 12 months. If you become a client, we keep the records of the work for as long as the agreement runs and the law requires, and the paperwork says what happens to your customers’ data and when it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Email Ryno@reclaimsales.com. We reply within one business day, and we do it without charge.

If you think we have handled your information badly and we have not fixed it, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Client work is separate

If we work for you, we may handle your customers’ details inside your own accounts. That is covered by the agreement you sign, not by this page.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
