Yes, in every package. A website of up to 5 pages is built in setup, from a proven template: tap-to-call, a WhatsApp button, and an enquiry form that sends every enquiry somewhere. The domain and hosting are registered in your name and your account, and you pay the renewals each year, so the site is yours whatever happens. Extra landing pages are R4,000 each.

Yes. Found & Followed Up and Full Engine reply to every website form, email and WhatsApp enquiry within a minute, in your voice, day or night. It tells them you have their message and when you will be back to them. The conversation after that is yours. Missed calls do not get an automatic message yet.

If people cannot find you, Get Found. If they find you and ask for quotes, but too many of those quotes go nowhere, Found & Followed Up, which is the one most owners need. If your follow-up already holds every lead and you want more of them, Full Engine. The first week of every package is setup week, and if it shows you picked the wrong one, we move you before the build starts.

Get Found is R4,500 a month with a R4,500 setup. Found & Followed Up is R12,500 a month with a R25,000 setup. Full Engine is R20,000 a month with a R30,000 setup, plus your own ad spend. All prices are in rand and exclude VAT. Every line of what each one includes is on the pricing page. The first call is free.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Whether more enquiries turn into revenue also depends on your offer, your pricing and your market, and we control none of those. What we can promise is that you will be easier to find, and that enquiries stop being lost to the process. That part is ours.

Partly, and on purpose. We do the marketing: your Google listing, social posts, reviews and, in the top package, ads. But most agencies stop when the enquiry arrives. We do not. Half of what we do is what happens after someone asks, which is the part nobody else is selling you a fix for.

Not first. If an enquiry waits three days for a reply, ads buy you more enquiries to lose. That is why ads come only with Full Engine, which includes the follow-up they depend on, and switch on in month two, after the follow-up is working. Would you rather pay for clicks, or for customers?

It is the list of everyone who has asked you for a quote or bought from you, and what happens next with each of them. You already have one. It is your WhatsApp and your memory. The question is how many of those people you have not spoken to since. We set it up in a free tool where a free tool holds, so it does the remembering for you.

Get Found's setup is priced below what it costs us, so the first payment is easy to make. The minimum term, three months on Get Found and six on the other two, is how that evens out. It is also roughly how long it takes for the numbers to show whether it is working. After the minimum, it is thirty days notice either way.

No. You answer your own messages, comments and calls. A stranger answering your customers is exactly the kind of leak we are there to fix. What we do is make sure no enquiry gets missed, and that the quotes you send get chased.

We write and design them, in your voice: 5, 10 or 15 a month depending on the package. You send us photos of your work as you do it, and you approve the next month's posts in one batch, so it does not eat your week.

The first week is setup week: we check everything before we build. After that, Get Found is live in about two weeks, and the other two packages take three to four weeks, because the follow-up system is built and tested before it goes live.

About an hour a week during setup, plus two training sessions on the top two packages. After that, one approval batch a month, photos as you take them, and a check-in call: every month on Found & Followed Up, every two weeks on Full Engine. The point is to take work off you.

You do, straight to Google or Meta, from your own account. Never through us, and we never mark it up. We ask for at least R5,000 a month per ad account, because below that there is too little to learn from.

No. We set up tools that already exist, usually ones you already pay for or free versions you did not know you had: Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, WhatsApp Business. We take no commission from any of them.

You do, directly to the vendor, and the account is in your name. We use free versions where they genuinely hold. They are limited, usually on users, automation and reporting, and we will tell you before we build if yours will not hold what you need. If a paid version is the right call, we name it and its monthly cost before you commit. We take no cut and we do not mark it up.

You do, completely. Your Google listing, your social accounts, your ad account and your follow-up system are all in your name, and the data is yours. If we part ways, you keep all of it, working.

Even better. The follow-up system makes them more effective and shows you what is actually happening to every enquiry. It is not a replacement for a salesperson. It is the thing that stops a good one losing jobs to admin.

We work with owner-run businesses in South Africa, delivered remotely, in South African hours. Prices are in rand. If you are somewhere else, ask on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

Yes, mutual, signed before any access is granted. We will be inside your accounts and your enquiries, so it would be strange not to.

The monthly report, measured from the first week. How easy you are to find: views, calls, directions and reviews. And what happens after someone asks: how fast they get a reply, how many quotes get chased, how many turn into jobs, and how many past customers come back. If those numbers do not move, it did not work, and there is nowhere to hide that.
