Questions

The awkward ones, answered first.

Everything below is what you would get if you asked on the call. Putting it in writing saves us both a meeting.

Can you guarantee more sales?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Whether a fixed process turns into revenue also depends on your offer, your pricing and your market, and we control none of those. What we do guarantee is that leads stop being lost to the process. That is the part that is ours.

What if the audit finds nothing worth fixing?

Then we say so and you keep your money. It has to be a real possibility or the Diagnostic is not an audit, it is a sales call with a fee attached.

What exactly do you do?

Three things, in order. We find where your business loses leads, we rebuild the process so it stops, and then we keep that system running and reported on. Most clients start with the Diagnostic and the Fix-Up together.

What does it cost?

The Diagnostic is $100 and is credited in full against a Fix-Up booked within 30 days. The Fix-Up is $1,950 one time. The Reclaim Engine is $1,200 a month. The first call is free. It is all on the pricing page rather than behind a quote form.

Are you a marketing agency?

No. We do not generate leads and we do not run ads. We work on what happens after a lead arrives, which for most small businesses is the more expensive problem and the one nobody is selling them a fix for.

Are you a software company?

No. We configure tools that already exist, usually ones you already pay for or free tiers you did not know you had. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, WhatsApp Business. We take no commission from any tool vendor.

Who pays for the software?

You do, directly to the vendor, and the account is in your name. We configure tools you already pay for, or a free tier where a free tier genuinely holds. Free tiers are limited, usually on users, automation and reporting, and we will tell you before we build if yours will not hold what you need. If a paid tier is the right call we name it and its monthly cost in the proposal, before you commit. We take no commission on it and we do not mark it up. The subscription carries on after handover, because the system is yours.

Who owns the system afterwards?

You do, completely. Accounts in your name, data yours, documentation handed over. We do not hold your business hostage inside our account, and if we part ways you keep all of it, working.

How long does it take?

The Diagnostic takes about five working days. The Fix-Up is usually live within 10 to 14 days. The Engine runs monthly with 30 days notice either way.

How much of my time does this need?

About an hour a week during the build, plus the two training sessions at the end. The point of the exercise is to take work off you, so a version of this that eats your week would be self-defeating.

What if we already have someone doing sales?

Even better. The Fix-Up makes them more effective and gives you visibility into what they actually do all day. The system is not a replacement for a salesperson, it is the thing that stops a good one losing deals to admin.

Do you work with businesses outside the United States?

Yes. Most of our work is with clients in the United States, delivered remotely, and we work your timezone for calls. Pricing is in US dollars.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, mutual, signed before any access is granted. We will be inside your CRM and your enquiries, so it would be strange not to.

Why is the closing work paid on commission?

Because it aligns the incentive completely. If nothing closes, nothing is earned on that side, and it means we have to care whether the system actually converts rather than whether it looks tidy. Commission is on collected revenue — money in your account, not money invoiced. We do not earn on an invoice that never gets paid. Note that this work is an exception rather than a standard rung, and we only take it on when a client asks for it.

How will we know whether it worked?

Four measures, agreed before we start and all visible in the delivered system: average response time to a new enquiry, the percentage of leads that receive a documented follow-up, the number of deals sitting with no next action, and conversion from enquiry to closed deal. If those four do not move, it did not work, and there is nowhere to hide that.
