I give free designs and 3D. Should I stop?
That is your call, not ours. What we change is what happens after. Every drawing that goes out gets a follow-up, so the hours behind it get a second chance.
My clients take weeks to decide. Is chasing them pushy?
Not if it is useful. The follow-up asks what is in the way and offers an answer, like another worktop or a phased install. Clients who want space get it. We agree the timing with you first.
Do I need a CRM already?
No. We set one up in your own account, and there are free ones. If you already have one, we configure that.
Most of my enquiries come through Instagram. Does this apply?
