If most of your work is fixed on the day, there is nothing to chase. Then the first package, Get Found, is the honest fit. It fixes your Google profile and your reviews, so more of the right people call. We say which on the call.
What we do
Five things, in your own accounts.
Set up in your own CRM account, free versions first. If you leave, it stays with you.
- Answer every enquiry. WhatsApp, form and missed calls land in one place. A reply goes out in your voice.
- Chase every quote. A quote with no answer gets a follow-up. You see the list, and you can change it.
- Bring past customers back. Everyone you have worked for is loaded and tagged. They hear from you again, with a reason.
- Ask for the review. A request goes out after the job, while the customer is still happy.
- One report a month. Enquiries in, quotes sent, quotes chased, jobs won, in numbers you can check.
What we do not do
- We do not promise more jobs. Nobody can, and be careful with anyone who does.
- We do not sell leads. We help you answer the ones you already get.
- We do not do the plumbing or the wiring. We handle what happens after the enquiry.
- We do not build software. We configure the tools you already use, or a free one.
- We do not send anything on your behalf that you have not seen first.

Not sure you get enough enquiries yet? Get Found is R4,500 once and R4,500 a month. Three-month minimum.

Do I need a CRM already?
No. We set one up in your own account, and there are free ones. If you already have one, we configure that.
Most of my work comes by phone. Does this apply?
Yes, if a call goes unanswered. A missed call gets a message, and the job goes on a list so it is not forgotten.
I use a WhatsApp group now. What is wrong with that?
Nothing, until you are busy. A group holds the messages. It does not remind anyone to chase a quote.
Will customers know it is automated?
The messages are written in your voice and carry your name. A customer who replies gets you. We never claim a message is hand-typed when it is not.
Can you guarantee more jobs?
No. We can show you the quotes that went quiet and what chasing them is worth.
What if I only do a few quotes a month?
Then this may cost more than it earns. We say so on the call. Get Found, or doing nothing, may be the honest answer. What is a normal month for you?
Do you work in my area?
We work with owners anywhere in South Africa, by phone, WhatsApp and video. We only meet in person in Cape Town.
