Home/What we do

What we actually do

Three stages, in a deliberate order.

We do not sell these as a menu. The third one only works when the first two are in place, and we will tell you if you are trying to skip ahead.

The short version

We find where enquiries die, we rebuild the process so they stop dying, and then we keep it running while it proves itself.

You can stop after any stage, and you keep everything built up to that point.

Stage one · $100

The Diagnostic

A written answer to one question: where is the money going?

We map every route a lead can take into your business, from first touch to signed deal. Where enquiries land, who owns them, how fast they get answered, what gets said, and where they die.

Then we price each leak. Not "response times could be improved" — an actual number, so you can decide whether it is worth fixing.

The $100 is credited in full against a Fix-Up booked within 30 days. If you proceed, the audit costs you nothing. If you do not, you keep the Leak Report and we keep the hundred dollars. That is the whole risk.

An illustration of the format, not a client's figures.

You get

Every lead route mapped

Website, phone, WhatsApp, referral, social. Where each one lands and who is supposed to answer it.

You get

Response times measured

Not estimated from memory. Measured, per channel, so the slowest one is obvious.

You get

Each leak priced

What it costs per month, so fixes can be put in order of money rather than order of annoyance.

About five working days. You do a 30 minute call, give us read access to what you already have, and then leave us alone.

Stage two · $1,950

The Fix-Up

The build. Ten to fourteen days, and then leads get chased whether or not anyone remembers.

We configure the tools you already have access to, or set up a free tier if you have nothing. Everything is built around how you actually sell, not around how the software wishes you sold.

The number is given after the Diagnostic and before work starts, and it does not move. No change orders, no scope creep invoice at the end.

Stage three · $1,200 a month

The Reclaim Engine

This is not support. It is revenue protection. A follow-up system nobody watches goes stale inside a month, and the leaks come back.

Every week we sit down with you for a check-in. Before it, we go through the pipeline ourselves: every open deal, how long since it was touched, which ones have no next action, which enquiries never got answered. You get the list, not a status update.

Between the calls we chase the deals that went quiet, and we keep the sequences and pipeline current as your offers, prices and team change.

At the end of every month you get a written report: how many enquiries came in and where from, how fast each one was answered, how many quotes went out, how many were chased, what was still sitting untouched, which dormant deals we brought back, and what the remaining leak is costing you. Same numbers as the Leak Report, so you can see the line move month to month.

About three hours a week on your business, roughly twelve hours a month. Thirty days notice, either way, and you keep everything.

What the Engine does not include

Worth being blunt about, because $1,200 a month is real money.

  • The Fix-Up. The Engine keeps a working system working. It does not build one. If the follow-up has never been fixed, the Fix-Up comes first, separately, at $1,950.
  • Software. You pay your own CRM, email and phone bills, in your own accounts. We do not resell you a platform and we do not mark anything up.
  • Rebuilds. Changing CRM, or a new offer that needs the whole pipeline redrawn, is a fresh scope and a fresh quote.
  • Closing your deals. We chase and we keep things moving. We do not run your sales calls. That is The Closer, and it is an exception, not a rung.
  • Lead generation. No ads, no SEO, no cold outreach on your behalf. We work the leads you already get.

Why it is not $500

There are cheaper monthly plans out there. The closest one publishes $99 to $597 a month, and it is cheaper for a straightforward reason: what you are buying is their software licence and a support inbox. Someone answers when you write in. Most of the others do not publish a price at all, so you find out after the call.

Nobody is opening your pipeline on a Tuesday to find the four deals that have gone eleven days without a touch.

That is the whole difference. The Engine is twelve hours a month of someone actually working your follow-up, not a seat and a help desk. If a support inbox is what you need, buy the cheaper one. We will tell you so on the call.

The question worth asking is not what the retainer costs. It is what one leak that came back is costing you a month. If it is under $1,200, do not buy this.

The exception

The Closer

We work your pipeline ourselves, on commission, at 12% of collected revenue.

This used to be the third rung. It is not any more, and it is worth saying why rather than quietly removing it.

Working someone else's pipeline properly takes about 26 hours a month for money that is unpredictable, and it drags a definition argument along with it — what counts as collected, what counts as ours, what happens to a deal that was already halfway there. The Engine does comparable work for a fixed fee with none of that.

So we offer it only to a client who specifically asks for it, and never before a Fix-Up has been delivered. If you want it, say so on the call and we will talk about it properly.

No software to buy

We configure. We do not build.

We are not developers. We set up proven tools properly, which is what almost every small business actually needs.

If someone tells you that you need custom software built to fix your follow-up, be suspicious.
